Resident Evil Village is the latest entry in Capcom’s popular survival horror franchise, and it certainly stays true to the series’ roots in terms of certain gameplay elements. As you fight your way through vampires and werewolves, you’ll inevitably run out of inventory space while picking up all kinds of weapons and loot, and we can’t have it. here is how to increase inventory size in Resident Evil Village.
Increased inventory size in Resident Evil Village
There is a ton of stuff to pick up in Resident Evil Village, and as you start racking up more weapons, you’re sure to run out of space. Village brings back the attachment inventory management style of Resident Evil 4, so it’s possible to rearrange your items so you can put everything away. However, you will eventually need to purchase a larger case if you are hoping to pick up as much as possible.
To do this, you will need to speak to the Duke, a merchant who shows up at various times throughout your game. In the Supplies section, choose the Additional Baggage option and you will be able to purchase two upgrades, priced at 10,000 Lei and 30,000 Lei respectively. That’s a lot of money, but you can make some pretty quick cash by selling your treasures, defeating enemies, and also defeating bosses.
It is also the most valuable item you can buy from the Duke, as more inventory space means more room for ammo, weapons, and supplies, which will help improve your chances of surviving in the game. With that in mind, we recommend that you save for upgrades and get them ASAP instead of just spending it all on weapon upgrades.
